Today is the day cause the day is today

Not really haha  ,but what i mean is that after today ima take a good break to rest myself up.for the past two weeks ive been on a strict regime for my athletics .having to wake up at 6,lift,go to school,lift again right after,then football practice right after ,then lastly go to my wrestling practice .What has really really been helping me is having a positive attitude .i get these negetive ones all the time but i catch myself and im learning .its one of those skills that i talk about again.i know what it take to win its not confusing forsures but about 90% of it is mental and just about doing it .
